How do we decide on special SALEs?

Unlike big retail stores, It' just us here - 

assessing how full the racks are, making signs, thinking about what we have too much of ...

Planning SALES is a very spur of the moment thing, we make our own signage, do our own Instagram posts, film our own video Reels, generate our own emails ...

Act quickly when you see us announce a SALE!  It won't last long, and we don't give a lot of notice - once the Sale is over, items head for charity, and if you were "Playing the Game" on something ... the Game is ON!!!
